1. Staff Supervision and Team Leadership
- Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Train new employees on procedures, safety, and customer service.
- Motivate and support the team to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Address staff issues or conflicts.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company standards.
- Perform final inspections before cars are returned to customers.
- Monitor equipment usage to ensure proper handling.
3. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers with questions or concerns.
- Handle complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all stages.
4. Operations Management
- Open and close the carwash according to schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Ensure all carwash processes (pre-wash, wash, drying, detailing) are followed correctly.
5. Equipment & Supply Oversight
- Monitor and maintain carwash equipment.
- Report malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Track inventory and reorder cleaning supplies or materials.
6. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure employees follow safety protocols (e.g., using protective gear, proper chemical handling).
- Conduct safety checks and enforce guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
7. Reporting & Administration
- Keep daily logs of customer volume, sales, and incidents.
- Report to management with updates on operations, staff, and needs.
- Monitor labor hours and assist with scheduling.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
