About the Role
The Member Enrollment Sales Representative is responsible for leading patient education, facilitating enrollment, and executing the launch plan for physicians transitioning. Embedded in the practice for 70–75% of the transition timeline, this role is key to ensuring high conversion from engaged patients, and successful delivery of training to physicians and staff. This team member must balance execution of the project plan, performance against aggressive enrollment metrics, and high-impact in-person communication.
Responsibilities
- MUST BE WILLING TO STAY OUT OF STATE FOR 3-4 MONTHS AT A TIME. THIS REQUIRES 75-80% TRAVEL and you must be on board with that part.
- Drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by Day 120.
- Own and execute detailed launch plans with precision; escalate risks and ensure timely completion of each milestone.
- Host in-person enrollment events and deliver outbound calling campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Two (2) years of professional experience
- One (1) year in sales or client-facing roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Comfort with fieldwork and travel (up to 75%), including being in one location for 3 to 4 months.
Pay range and compensation package
$55K base salary plus commission. At plan first year is $85-100K
