Multi-Location Towing Operations | 8 Locations
We are conducting a nationwide search for an experienced Dispatch Manager with towing dispatch experience to lead and optimize dispatch operations across eight towing locations.
This role is built for a seasoned towing dispatcher, dispatch supervisor, or towing operations leader who understands real-world towing operations and wants to build, lead, and grow a high-performing dispatch team.

- Lead daily towing dispatch operations across multiple locations
- Manage, mentor, and develop towing dispatch staff
- Develop, implement, and enforce dispatch SOPs and performance standards
- Monitor call volume, response times, staffing levels, and service quality
- Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and leadership to ensure efficient service
- Resolve escalated operational and customer issues
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Work with management on recovery billing
- Develop and monitor a sales program
- Drive continuous improvement as the company grows
Required shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven experience as a towing dispatcher (required)
- Prior dispatch leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of towing operations, equipment, and terminology
- Confident decision-maker in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using towing dispatch systems and operational technology (Towbook or similar)
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
