David J. Louie, Inc. is seeking a hard-working and results driven Customer Service Representative to join us.
Prior experience is not required. We will train you to be an insurance professional!
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
Requirements:
- Able to work 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through all modes of communication
- Ensure that Insurance applications, documents, and other policy forms are accurate
- Clerical work which includes, but is not limited to Data Entry, Answering Phones, Electronic Filings
Preferred Skills & Qualification:
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task and be able to manage change
- Must be fast at typing (average 60 wpm)
