We are a growing, client-focused accounting firm committed to providing high-quality financial, tax, and advisory services to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a Bilingual Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for both clients and staff.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of the firm while ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including bilingual communication
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Oversee phone systems, emails, and front-desk activities
  • Maintain client files, records, and confidentiality standards
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate with accounting staff to support workflow and deadlines
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities
  • Support onboarding of new employees and internal office procedures

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
  • Experience in an accounting, finance, or professional services firm an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management software
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
