Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney based in Fort Mill, SC. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law such as motions, depositions, and representing clients in court. The Family Law Attorney will also be involved in providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Family Law and handling legal issues
- Knowledge of motions, depositions, and court proceedings
- Strong case management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in South Carolina
- Experience in advocating for clients in family law matters
Salary : $60,000 - $110,000
