Assist with on-field coaching, assist with recruiting, assist facility maintenance, complete assigned administrative tasks, ensure compliance with NCAA, conference and college rules and regulations. Position Duties: 1. On field coaching 45% Direct the on field and in classroom instruction of the position(s) required by head coach. Be willing to provide feedback for aspects on the field outside of main positional responsibilities. 2. Recruiting 25% Demonstrate willingness and ability to evaluate high school and potentially college transfer athletes. Exhibit organizational and interpersonal skills to assist in the recruiting process. 3. Administrative (Tournaments/Camps, Community Involvement, Travel) 25% Work with head coach to help with camps, community involvement, team travel and other off the field activities as needed for the other coaches and//or program. 4. Compliance 5% Ensure compliance by coaching staff, players, and recruits with NCAA, A10, and Davidson College athletics regulations, policies, and overall mission of amateurism. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.
