Job Description
The Operations Administration Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a department of associates focused on executing the payroll and billing functions for a variety of business lines at Davis H. Elliot Construction Company, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, completing payroll for 700 employees, invoicing customers, and maintaining customer relations. An exceptional candidate will have supervisory experience, as well as experience in an accounting or billing related role. The Operations Administration Supervisor will also be responsible for completing financial reconciliations, training new Operations Administration Associates, and meeting financial deadlines. The Operations Administration department serves as support for a variety of departments across the company, so a team player is a must!

Previous Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- At least three years of experience preferred
