Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all pool guests while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise pool activities to prevent accidents
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment
- Provide excellent guest services and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly
- Perform CPR, first aid, and water rescues if necessary
- Conduct pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning and checking chemical levels
Requirements:
- Possess current Lifeguard certification including CPR, First Aid, and AED
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues confidently
- Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm under pressure
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
