Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales / Development Leader position include:
- Must have a strong background in low-voltage contracting – construction experience alone is not sufficient
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute a sales strategy from scratch
- Proactively generate leads and develop new sales channels with minimal internal support
- Pursue and expand service and monitoring contracts, growing recurring monthly revenue
- Drive sales in various revenue streams including custom homes, national accounts, and small-to-mid commercial projects
- Develop and nurture existing relationships with national retail clients, while identifying new opportunities
- Identify and integrate acquisition targets such as small local service companies
- Comfortable with limited travel and occasional face-to-face national account meetings
Salary: $75,000 base per year, with total earnings potential of $150,000 depending on performance.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, vision coverage, vacation/sick time, and negotiable PTO (likely 15-20 days). A vehicle allowance or company vehicle may also be offered for the right candidate.
