What are the responsibilities and job description for the Calendar Specialist position at Davy Knapp Photography, Inc?
We are looking for a Full Time Calendar Specialist who is looking to gain excellent hands-on experience in the retention and schedule field in a company with great company culture!
This role requires an individual who is extremely organized, well-spoken and has high attention to detail. While some Calendar experience is important, a willingness to learn and take ownership on assigned tasks through completion is paramount.
Schedule
Monday to Friday 8 hours (9-5) in office only.
Responsibilities
- Ensure tech platforms and other studio operations run smoothly Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Educate customers on the value of our services
- Using data entry to change paper records to a digital format
- Keeping accurate records of deposits that they receive from customers
- Creating reports for supervisors and providing digital or paper copies of records when requested
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
- MS Office Certification is a plus
- 2 years’ experience in scheduling and retention
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to organize anything
- Professional personal presentation
