Summary:
This position reports to the Support Supervisor and is responsible for the intake/financial information for each client being accurate and entered into the BUI system as well as assisting clinical staff with placement of clients into residential or assisted living facilities, as well as facilitating Community Support Services for clients. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year. Potential for full-time, part-time or, PRN (on-call as needed), based on facility need.
