As a Hotel Housekeeper at Comfort Suites/Days Inn/My Place, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in hotel housekeeping.
