What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Nurse position at DaySpring Senior Living?

Responsibilities :

  • Oversees Resident care including medication administration and management.
  • Obtaining Resident vital signs and weight.
  • Reporting any changes in condition to Physicians, Healthcare Proxies and Supervisors, Medication destruction, Communication with Pharmacy Staff, Filing, etc.

This is a Fulltime Position

Salary based on experience

Other details :

  • The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Holidays and weekends as needed.
  • On call and must be reliable!!!
  • LVNs only!
