Position Overview :
As a Process Lab Technician , you will work with epoxies, chemicals, and hazardous materials in a hands-on production role. You'll follow detailed manufacturing instructions, assemble components, and maintain equipment. Over time, you'll cross-train in various manufacturing processes and transition into a floater role, supporting different workstations and expanding your skill set.
Responsibilities :
- Maintains and prepares materials for log tickets.
- Assembles parts by following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Mixes, coats and applies epoxies and epoxy related chemicals in the manufacturing of various parts.
- Handles, processes and disposes of hazardous materials, fiberglass, aluminum powder and carbon powder.
- Maintains all tools, and production equipment in the Process Lab area.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management and gain hands-on training in different manufacturing processes within your production area, allowing you to expand your skill set.
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer / Safety Director
