Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Order supplies as needed
- Assist customers placing and picking up orders
- Create shipping labels for outbound orders
- Complete and track forms (tax forms, etc).
- Answer phones
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Quick Books Desktop
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
