Dayton Humane Veterinary Hospital and Spay/Neuter Clinic is ready to grow our practice!! Our mission to decrease the suffering of companion animals has been a huge success and Access to Veterinary Care is possible for so many patients in the Miami Valley due to our programs and options for clients. We have our feet firmly under us and we are ready to expand our non-profit, FULL SERVICE VET PRACTICE, and HV SPAY/NEUTER CENTER.

What we offer in our Access to Care general practice
Payment plan options and need-based discounts are available for most clients to increase their ability to afford high-quality veterinary care.
- Wellness appointments
- Full-service veterinary care
- Soft tissue surgery with full patient warming and monitoring
- Digital x-ray
- Dental cleaning and extractions with dental X-ray
- In house chemistry, CBC, and urinalysis analyzers
- Reference Lab
- Comprehensive in-house pharmacy plus access to online and compounding pharmacies
Plus we have a whole department dedicated to HVHQ surgery and Shelter Med
- This department has the highest quality surgical suites and equipment
- We share all the same diagnostic and treatment equipment and options as the general practice
- Our private non-profit believes strongly in providing the best in preventative care, dental care, and medical treatment for our adoptable pets
- We provide veterinary care for humane/neglect cases in Montgomery County. This includes, dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, and farm animals
Salary and benefits package are competitive with general practice and include:
- Hourly or salaried options, No Pro Sal
- Pay Ranges dependent on position and experience, competitive with general practice
