What You’ll Do:

Represent DBS by handling inbound and outbound calls, setting service appointments, and assisting customers. Being the guardian of our reputation.
Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database up to date
Provide tactical support to other departments as needed
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide a remarkable "WOW" experience

What We’re Looking For:

? Customer service experience – you love helping people and solving problems
? Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
? Ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written means
? Basic computer proficiency – comfortable navigating software and email
