You will be responsible for loading and unloading items, ensuring their safe transportation, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities- Assist the driver in loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle
- Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods to the designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with the placement and setup of delivered items
- Maintain accurate delivery records and collect necessary paperwork
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Communicate effectively with the driver and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a driver helper or in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
