What Are We Looking For?

We're on the lookout for a dynamic team player with expertise in servicing various banking equipment, including cash recyclers, alarm systems, and drive-thru systems. We need someone who goes above and beyond, ensuring the job is not only done but done exceptionally well. We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience servicing banking equipment or retail cash devices such as cash recyclers, ATM, and smart safes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service: Accurately service various forms of equipment in client branches, identifying and communicating any issues to maintain a high level of functionality.
  • Schedule and Inventory Management: Manage workload to complete daily scheduled service requirements and maintain inventory control of parts and equipment on the company vehicle.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer support, confidently communicating with clients, maintaining professionalism on job sites, and communicating any unresolved issues with the team and upper management.

Competencies:

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of servicing cash automation equipment and cash recyclers or other banking equipment.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of troubleshooting equipment performance issues.
  • Ability to interact and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of ARCA and Diebold products. (Essential)
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple daily client requirements.
  • Displays a professional attitude when working with clients and on job sites.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness, accountability, and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience with DMP alarm systems is highly preferred.

Pay rate will be determined by experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Application Question(s):

  • Do you have experience servicing DMP Alarm systems, ARCA products, or Diebold products? Please describe your experience with these systems.
  • Have you worked with ACRA machines or TCR equipment? If so, please explain the type of work you did and your level of expertise.
  • Have you serviced NCR ATMs and/or TCRs? Please describe your hands-on experience with these machines, including any troubleshooting or repair work you've done

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • Hardware servicing and troubleshooting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Eugene, OR 97404: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
