Job Role: Process Engineer
Job Location: Inwood, WV
Job Description:
· Process design, Chemical plant design, PFD, P&ID, Plant engineering, Chemical engineering.
· Should have worked as a Process Engineer for industrial plants (Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Fine chemicals, Specialty chemicals, Food & Beverages)
· Work experience in Surfactant making plant would be preferred.
· Ability to prepare and understand PFD, P&IDs, mass & energy balance calculation, hydraulic calculations
· Understand basic chemical engineering fundamentals like heat transfer, fluid mechanics, solid handling, mass transfer, etc.
· Should be able to specify process plant equipment and hands-on experience in the selection of equipment as per project requirement
· Powder handling equipment sizing and design experience is an added advantage
· Should be able to specify pump, heat exchanger, tank and other equipment independently
· Experience in selection of safety devices and process safety management activities
· Previous work experience in sanitary piping & process systems would be a plus
· Conversant with MS office application is must
· Familiarity in working in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
· Familiarity with AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow and any other hydraulic calculation software will be added advantage
Qualification:
· Engineering - Chemical (BE /B. Tech /BS/MS)
· Experience Range
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
