Today, we are focused on exploring the use of Viaskin to address food allergies, a devastating condition that afflicts millions of patients. As an important milestone in our journey, we hope to offer the first epicutaneous immunotherapy treatment for peanut allergy.
Tomorrow, as pioneers, we will continue to explore the broad applications of this potential new class of immunotherapy, including treatments for patients suffering from inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
The Marketing Coordinator will be a trusted and key member of the Marketing Team who will manage general administration tasks required to maximize Team efficiency
Key Responsabilities
- Act as a central point of contact for the Marketing Team to schedule meetings with internal and external partners
- Be the main point of contact for the Marketing Team in the cross-functional process of executing foundational legal contracts (CDAs, MSAs, Scopes of Work) with external partners.
- Provide budget management support including initiating and tracking purchase order requests and approvals, and invoice receipts and approvals in accounts payable system
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for Marketing Team members according to DBV travel policy
- Prepare and coordinate Marketing Team members’ expense reports adhering to DBV policy and ensuring the timely submission
- Organize and periodically attend on- and off-site Marketing Team meetings with external partners, including logistics and meeting materials (ex: agenda, attendee list) preparation.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents fit for purpose from time to time
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and demonstrate a flexible approach in assisting others when required.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
