Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Arborist - Sales to lead our sales efforts in the arboriculture industry. The ideal candidate will combine expert knowledge of tree care and arborist services with strong sales and leadership skills to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team focused on arborist services and tree care solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and municipal sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert arboricultural advice to clients to help tailor solutions that meet their needs.
• Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Mentor and train sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an arborist with in-depth knowledge of tree care and related services.
• Strong sales background with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Certification(s) such as ISA Certified Arborist is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs as needed.

• Must be comfortable with walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, including during site visits and inspections.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
• 3% commission on all sales generated.
• Additional $10,000 bonus for every $1 million in sales achieved.
