Our services include Employment Supports, In-Home and Community Inclusion Supports, and Life Skills development for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the Agency Director. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a variety of administrative tasks, maintain employee files in compliance with various entities, answer phones, perform data entry, keep client service agreements up to date, and check references and employment history.

 

Job Description:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Organize and maintain employee files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
    • Data Entry
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Check references and verify employment history.

Job Details:

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly
  • Salary: $25
  • Location: In-office position only (Not remote)
