What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building & Grounds Manager - School position at DDI Brand?
Interact appropriately with all employees and students and individua's served by DDI. Manage computerized work order system. Oversee all repair all potential safety hazards and general maintenance. Supervise all direct reports and ensure their performance is up to standards. Must be available for occasional evening and or weekend projects. Must perform snow and ice removal for assigned site must be available for some on call participation for 24/7 agency emergencies. Manage outside vendor contract and repair services. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds for 20 feet. Must be able to twist /knee/bend/squat/pull. Must be able to stand on a minimum 6 foot ladder .
