What are the responsibilities and job description for the DF Bartender position at Dead Freddies Island Gril?

Each bartender in our crew is responsible for providing excellent & personalized customer service while maintaining a safe & enjoyable environment for our guests. Bartenders must be upbeat, kind, approachable & knowledgeable. You must sell yourself & engage the guests to keep their butts in the stools & spending money. Bartenders must be consistent & follow posted recipes & measured pours; no matter what bartender a guest orders a drink from the drink should look & taste the same each time.
Lunch shift is estimated to be 11am-4pm.
Dinner shift is estimated to be 4pm-12am
