Summary
Employee is responsible for additional cleaning responsibilities as specified by warehouse manager. Employee will maintain and submit a record of hours worked. Provide for minor maintenance and repair of facility equipment, including but not limited to painting, maintenance of landscaping, etc. as necessary to maintain a safe and aesthetic appearance.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are listed below:
Education and/or Experience
Six months – one year related experience and/or training
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Grass and tree/shrub trimming, weeding, clean up, etc.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are listed below:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Citizen of the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to provide own transportation to and from Dearing Compressor’s Youngstown, Ohio location
