About the Role:
We are seeking a Barback for our Summer Seasonal position at Yesterdays Creekside Tavern in YCT. As a Barback, you will be responsible for supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and efficient service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, stock supplies, and assist with the preparation of drinks. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Stock supplies and replenish inventory as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
Skills:
As a Barback, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills to keep the bar area clean and stocked.
