QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (QMHP) - Full-Time - Days - Decatur Manor, Decatur, IL

Decatur Manor, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Decatur, IL, has an immediate opening for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) (Master's Degree required) . This is a Full-Time position and is for Day Shift. Master's Degree required. $25-29 per hour depending on Benefits Selected.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) :

  • Conduct intake interviews
  • Collaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service / treatment plan
  • May lead consumers in recreational, educational, and / or treatment activities
  • Maintain all consumer documentation
  • Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
  • Attend clinical team meetings as required

    Requirements

    of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) :

  • Master's level degree in human services related major
  • Employment experience in the field of mental health
  • Experience in a Long-Term Care facility preferred
  • On-Call about once every 8 weeks.
