The Systems Engineer will provide integrated support with all disciplines/functions for rapid prototype testing in preparation for program Milestone C decision. Candidate will support Integrated Fires Digital Engineering for the PEO Office of the Chief Engineer.

Position Description
The Systems Engineer will provide integrated support with all disciplines/functions for rapid prototype testing in preparation for program Milestone C decision. Candidate will support Integrated Fires Digital Engineering for the PEO Office of the Chief Engineer.
Responsibilities Include
- Creation of Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) Plans, & Defense Exportability Features (DEF) studies
- Producing Milestone C documentation, production contract statement of work (SOW), Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs), Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Independent Government Estimate (IGE), Task Order Definition, Task Order IGEs, & Task Order SOWs
- Supporting technical maturation assessment development & other duties as assigned
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an ABET accredited program
Experience Requirements
- 12 years experience with Bachelor's degree; 10 years with Master's degree; 8 years with PhD
- Systems engineering and integration experience
- Technical program planning experience and ability to develop programmatic support documents
- Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience for: a) developing, updating, and understanding system models, b) incorporating system documentation in models c) flowing down and implementing higher echelon MBSE requirements
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to successfully complete tasks with minimal direction both working as an individual contributor as well as a team member
- Good verbal and written skills
- Magic Draw or similar modeling experience
- Knowledge of Integrated Fires, test events, and integrated test campaigns
