We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Permits Administrator to support the processes required to secure legal permissions, approvals, and Right-of-Way (ROW) access for complex, multi-jurisdictional construction projects. In this role, the Permits Administrator will assist in coordinating permitting and entitlement efforts across assigned programs and work closely with internal teams, including Project Management, Project Controls, Legal, and Government Affairs, to support compliance and timely execution.
This role involves supporting the preparation, submission, and tracking of permit and ROW documentation, engaging with regulatory agencies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the smooth flow of permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role, the Permits Administrator will assist in coordinating permitting and entitlement efforts across assigned programs and work closely with internal teams, including Project Management, Project Controls, Legal, and Government Affairs, to support compliance and timely execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and interpret local, state, and federal permit requirements for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Support the development and execution of permitting strategies for individual projects and regional efforts.
- Prepare, review, and submit complete and accurate permit applications in accordance with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies to track submissions, address questions, and support the resolution of issues related to permitting.
- Monitor and report the status of permit and entitlement applications to internal teams, identifying any potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in identifying land parcels or properties requiring ROW access and help coordinate acquisition efforts.
- Prepare supporting documentation and assist in coordinating ROW agreements with property owners and external parties.
- Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams to clarify ROW boundaries and permitting details.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of permits, ROW agreements, and communications with agencies and stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and permitting/utility authorities to facilitate information flow and ensure alignment.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the progress of permit submissions and ROW approvals.
- Help resolve permitting or ROW-related administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all permitting activities are conducted in accordance with safety, environmental, and zoning regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for project audits, status updates, and compliance reviews.
Required qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in permitting, entitlement, or ROW coordination within AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or infrastructure sectors
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential
- Proficient in preparing documentation and tracking permitting processes
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Prior experience in hyperscale data center projects
- Background in Urban Planning
- Background in Land Use Law
