DecoPac, Inc. is a high growth, high Energy Company that designs, markets and distributes the most popular cake decorations and bakery supplies in the bakery industry. Located in Anoka, MN we work with licensors and brands to produce, sell and distribute our products to supermarkets, retail bakeries, and ice cream stores throughout North America.
Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, National Accounts Manager to direct the company on the development of short-term and long-term growth opportunities and strategic plans to become the preferred vendor in the bakery decorations and bakery supplies industry. This position will be responsible for conducting the day-to-day sales activities with key accounts assigned and make DecoPac a key business partner by executing key business objectives. This position will report to Sales Leadership depending on account assignment.
Responsibility:
- Develop key account strategic plans with the Sales Department.
- Develop and promote both short-term and long-term growth opportunities.
- Establish effective relationship and collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Design & Development, Finance, Customer Support, etc.) to address customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement successful executions supporting the company and customer goals.
- Be a leader of a cross-functional key account support team in Bentonville and Minnesota.
- Establish strong and effective relationships with key influencers at customers and key licensor retail teams, such as Disney and Nickelodeon.
- Utilize insights and data to create a sales story around key initiatives.
- Promote a positive attitude and participate as a team player.

Qualifications:
- 4-year degree required.
- 5 years of experience in progressive sales/marketing.
- High energy, positive and self-motivated.
- Able to thrive in an independent, fast paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal, selling, marketing, and team building skills.
- High aptitude for technology is a must. The ability to construct presentations in PowerPoint and manage Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to obtain and analyze data and apply to the business.
- Proven ability to manage projects.
