Position: Bartender
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations:
- Maintain a consistently high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service in personnel, dining rooms, and function rooms.
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in beer, wine, and liquor.
- Uphold ethical and honest conduct at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to state and local laws, as well as club policies and procedures regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
