What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Administrator position at Dedicated Dental Group?

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee administrative functions within the practice
- Maintain and update patient records using Eaglesoft systems
- Coordinate and manage dental management activities, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and processing claims, financing, treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in handling patient information
- Assist with financial management tasks, such as billing, invoicing, and budgeting
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, staff, and external parties
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies

Skills:
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and financing software systems for managing patient records
- Knowledge of managed care principles and practices
- Familiarity with dental management processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of financial management principles related to healthcare administration
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and external parties

Note: Experience working in dental office setting is required.
