Business to Business Debt Collector (Uncapped Commission / Flex Schedules)

Position Summary:

In this role, you will communicate with Business Owners and other parties to identify their unique situation as it pertains to their repayment of an account for our client. Building and maintaining relationships with them in order to successfully resolve their commercial debt.

We only have commercial accounts, no retail collection accounts. That means we are not regulated by the FDCPA. We want you to be an individual and NOT a scripted robot, so we invite you to bring your own collection practices and personality to the role!

Requirements:

• 1 Years of Collections experience required
• Commercial Collections experience preferred
• 2 Years of Call Center experience required

Key Responsibilities:

· Call, text, and email business owners to set up a sustainable repayment plans or negotiate settlements.

· Document communications with Merchants accurately .

· Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines dealing with debt collection.
