Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at Dedicated IT is an entry-level role with plenty of room for GROWTH and EARNING POTENTIAL!

As a SDR, you are focused on data enrichment which is essential to generating new business opportunities! By identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers, the SDR is able to create and manage leads through the sales pipeline.

Position Responsibilities

  • Data Enrichment: Cleanse warm leads & update information
  • Heavy outbound calling
  • Identify, contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.


Requirements and skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Outbound sales calling experience
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record in building and maintain business to business relationships
  • Beginner sales technique and strategy knowledge
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
