Job Summary:
At Reforma you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment providing an up-beat experience for our guests which distinguishes our bar as being the unquestionable first choice. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm they are of the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
