We are in search of an engaged and experienced Engineering Administrator in our Oakland location to provide specialized administrative services to our Project Managers and engineering teams for all construction project phases.
Our ideal candidate has 5 years office experience, at least 3 years of construction administration support, a firm grasp of construction industry best practices and a track record of optimizing processes.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and track documents from project initiation through project close-out for multiple projects including large, complex, design and construction projects.
2. Provide administrative support such as word processing, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting planning, calendar, and project task coordination.
3. Produce proposals, engineering reports and other related documents in accordance with Style Guide standards and/or to client requirements.
4. Assist large construction project teams with the organization and processing of RFIs, Submittals, and other project control documents.
5. Assist Office Manager, Project Managers and Staff Engineers as needed.
The pay rate for this position generally ranges between $5500 and $7800 per month. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including location, company geographic differentials, education level and candidate qualifications.
