Responsibilities -
- Maintain the Service & Maintenance Technicians daily schedules
- Set the dispatch board and the technicians for service calls
- Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians and customer database with current information
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Maintain DeHart company image standards
- Communicate with technicians
- Participate in company provided training
- Provide support to fellow team members
- Availability to work Saturdays
Qualifications and skills -
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Must be able to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Testing
