DEI is a Design/Build firm specializing in financial institution facilities. We have an immediate job opening for a qualified outside sales representative in the Southwestern United States. (Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico)
The main responsibility for this position is selling design/build services to financial institutions. Other responsibilities include maintaining current client relationships, generating new business, and developing new client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven relationship building skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deliver presentations to board and C-Level executives.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team member.
- Previous sales experience or customer interaction experience in Banking related fields
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new ideas and strategies.
- Highly motivated and possess the drive to win.

- Reside within the State of Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving regional sales, profit, revenue goals and objectives.
- Responsible for driving client relationships and sales for DEI scopes of work.
- Network with and develop client relationships through meetings, industry events and participation in Banking/Credit Union affiliations.
- Attend on site project meetings and weekly zoom meetings.
- Cold call potential sales prospects for lead generation.
- Follow-up on sales leads generated from Inside Sales.
- Facilitate communication between DEI’s production teams and the client.
- Deliver outstanding customer service which includes responding effectively to customer requests, resolving issues, and meeting all commitments in a timely manner.
- Utilize market data, trends and forecasting to qualify project leads.
- Prepare and deliver formal Sales presentations to clients.
- Ability to communicate strategic and conceptual solutions with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare and finalize design and bid packages.
- Perform all necessary project follow-up, status tracking, closure and price recaps.
- Ability to travel weekly.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of banking/financial industry a plus.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
