Role Description
This is full-time or part-time role for an Independent Agent. You will be responsible for delivering financial services, promoting life insurance and annuities, and helping clients navigate various offerings to secure their financial future.

Compensation Structure
This role offers performance-based pay, where your earnings are directly tied to the results you achieve. The more you succeed, the more you earn.
Base Salary: A competitive base salary to provide stability, plus performance incentives based on sales and client acquisitions.
Commissions: Earn commissions based on sales or contracts you close, with the potential for high earnings as you meet and exceed sales targets.
Bonuses: Additional performance bonuses based on hitting specific milestones or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
Uncapped Earnings: There is no limit to how much you can earn. The more you sell, the more you earn — allowing for significant earning potential based on performance.
