Responsibilities:
- Apply eyelash extension services to clients, ensuring high-quality results
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to enhance the client experience
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Offer additional services such as lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, brow shaping and sugaring
- Demonstrate knowledge of retail products and actively engage in retail sales
- Upsell services, memberships, and products to maximize revenue
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and related beauty treatments
Skills:
- Proven experience for at least ONE YEAR as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in eyelash extension techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products and services
- Knowledge of salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
- Familiarity with other beauty treatments such as lash lifts, tinting, sugaring, brow shaping a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
