Job Description Summary
The data entry clerk is responsible for maintaining and entering student and instructional data ino the TWC and DMC system in accordance with grant requirements. Will work closely with instructors to retrieve and maintain record of daily attendance, absences and other relevant instructional data.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year experience in data processing and reports.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft software and related database systems.
Ability to enter data in a quick and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TWC TEAMS or higher education database.

Enter student data to include registration, progress testing, an other related information into web based TWC TEAMS and DMC Colleague systems.

Verify all student records including daily sign in sheets to ensure compliance, accuracy and completion of required state forms.

Maintain central record database system in an organized manner ensuring student personal identifiable information is safe and secure. Adheres to FERPA requirements.

Prepares and retrieves routine weekly and monthly reports from state database.
Job Duty
Answers telephones, greets students, assist with submission and completion of all required state documents and support student orientations as needed.
