Position Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist (X-Ray) at Del Medical, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of our X-ray systems. Your primary focus will be to provide expert technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers to maximize the efficiency of our X-ray imaging technology.
Responsibilities:

- Provide expert technical support for Del Medical's X-ray systems, including hardware, software, and associated components.
- Engage with customers to understand and resolve technical issues specific to X-ray equipment through phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to X-ray systems, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Offer remote support for X-ray systems, guiding customers through diagnostic procedures and resolution steps.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions related to X-ray systems in the support ticketing system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Del Medical's X-ray product line, specifications, and X-ray imaging technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues related to X-ray systems.
- Assist in the development of customer training materials specific to X-ray systems and provide training sessions to enhance customer proficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of X-ray system support processes, providing feedback based on customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on X-ray systems or medical imaging technology.
- Strong technical aptitude in X-ray imaging technology, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and related components.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues specific to X-ray systems.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and diagnostic software used in X-ray system support.
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in the context of X-ray technology.
