WHO YOU ARE
You will ensure the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public spaces. You will routinely interact with guests and will need to have a positive attitude and demeanor. You play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
- Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
- Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
- Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
- Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
- Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
- Pick up ground litter around hotel or wherever visible.
- May perform similar duties as requested by team leader.

Requirements
WHAT WE NEED
Education - High school diploma or equivalent
Experience and/or Training - Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is indoors and the noise level is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and chemicals.
