Job description: Welcome and escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their room accommodations, parking & retrieving guest vehicles, as well as providing general information regarding the hotel and local attractions; maintaining an even flow of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms and providing storage of the luggage promptly and safely; providing personal & professional service to guests for their business and concierge needs.

Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at our Delamar locations in Westport and Southport. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. Located in a vibrant hospitality environment, this position plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and calendar management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office management tasks and basic computer skills.
