Job Summary: Your mission is to lead by example when conducting Mini Bar operations towards the Delamar Traverse City vision and goals. The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for Mini Bar operations for all guest rooms, mini bar item storage and inventory, and ensuring its quality and efficiency.
Working with the Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper to ensure the detailed planning, and organization necessary to achieve; a well tracked, organized, and seamless operations for min bar in that of a luxury hotel Housekeeping Team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Stocking of Mini Bar in all Guest Rooms
- Detailed and accurate reporting of all Mini Bar usage
- Weekly Inventory of All Mini Bar Items
- Reporting inventory and ordering needs to Executive Housekeeper
- Interdepartmental Communication & Coordination
- Ensures Delamar Guest Service Standards are met throughout the shift
- Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
- Ensures Mini Bar Items and supplies are stocked and Mini Bar Storage area is well organized on a daily basis
- Audits Mini Bar charging to inventory to ensure accuracy at the end of shift and resolves or reports to the next day's Manager for action

Required Experience/Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (verbal & written), multilingual is a plus
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation, and communication skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Ability to follow instruction
- Professional and polite
