Senior Account Executive, Commercial Lines

As an integral part of our Commercial Lines team at Deland, Gibson, the Senior Account Executive will work closely with clients, providing peace of mind through proactive service. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Advise and consult clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies
• Work closely with our insurance carrier partners
• Handle policy changes and coverage questions, keeping up to date on rates and forms
• Maintain high level of communication and build effective relationships with clients
• Accurately input data into information systems and update the information as needed
• Monitor client policy life cycle
• Support the organization's mission, values and strategic initiatives
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Minimum 7 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience at an Independent Insurance Agency
• MA P & C License
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills to assist with customer resolutions
• Must be self-motivated and have great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred
