Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Party Suite Catering Attendants to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Party Suite Catering Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests’ needs.

What will you do?
- Sets up and checks on assigned suites prior to event, to ensure proper items are in place, in accordance with company procedures
- Verifies and sets-up all pre-event food and/or beverage orders
- Takes and places event-day food and beverage orders
- Set-ups and checks on event-day food and beverage orders
- Picks up food items and serves guests
- Replenishes food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed
- Maintains standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event
- Obtains signatures from the host on charges
- Serves guests until the end of the event
- Clears all items from the suite and cleans all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite
- Re-sets and re-stocks suite for next function
- Completes closing functions and checks out with suite supervisor
- Rotates to other areas when needed
- Reports to work scheduled events on a timely basis
- Perform other duties as assigned
More about you
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
- Organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment.
- Good communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests, and retain and communicate menu information and service preferences
- Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Maintain good personal hygiene in a clean and complete uniform
- Cash handling experience is preferred
Physical requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service and clean up of suite
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting, bending, stretching as the work duties demand
Environmental Working Conditions:
- Variable temperatures required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
- May be required to work overtime on short notice
