Maintenance Worker

The Opportunity 

Delaware North Sportservice is looking for a seasonal Maintenance Worker to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As part of the Maintenance team you will work under the direction of the Facilities Manager performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

Responsibilities 

• Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks.

• Plumbing work including opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs.

• Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.

• Receive maintenance reports and work with management to resolve issues listed on the reports.

• Ensuring tools and equipment are in working order and keeping maintenance room in neat condition.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1-year previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility required.
• Previous experience with general machinery preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards.
• Must possess high level of self-confidence.
• Must possess a cooperative work attitude.
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.
• Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of following job guidelines and supervisor instructions.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be self-motivated.

Physical Requirements 

• Frequent walking or standing throughout venue for entire length of shift.
• Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways.
• Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season.
• May be required to work in elevated areas.
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
